Charlotte created just the website that I wanted but couldn’t describe. Every request had a solution – featuring my latest blogs from elsewhere, offering filter options for publications. Every request or question was dealt with immediately, even though I was the kind of frustrating customer that would disappear for weeks at a time leaving questions to me unanswered.
