Charlotte was a real pleasure to work with. I was quite naive at the start of the process, and she explained everything with patience and clarity. I felt I could ask her anything, and she always responded very promptly. She worked hard to keep costs down without compromising our vision. We now have a beautiful bespoke website that we are very proud of, and the reassurance of Charlotte’s ongoing support. I will certainly be recommending her to friends and colleagues in the future.
