I’ve been working with Charlotte since 2016. I came to her with a simple brief for a new web site, something she would set up and manage from a technical perspective, but that I would update whenever I had something to say.
She swiftly built exactly what I wanted in WordPress, and followed up with a single face-to-face lesson in using the platform: how to compose and edit, and how to add photos, links and tags. And nine years later, the web site is still doing exactly what I need it to do, and the partnership with Charlotte remains invaluable.
In the background, she performs regular health checks on the site every couple of months, and she’s only an email away whenever I need something tweaking that I’m not comfortable doing myself, when I receive an email I don’t understand about a licence upgrade, or when she spots how I could save money by simplifying my package of licences. Her own fees are very reasonable.
I have no hesitation in recommending Charlotte to set up and maintain a web site.
