Charlotte was absolutely brilliant and made the job of building our brand new website so easy. It was a task we had delayed for years as we had no idea how to untie ourselves from the previous website hosts without losing access to our emails etc. She communicated with us regularly and in layman’s terms, everything we needed to know, and all the steps we needed to go through with very clear instructions. She was also very helpful when we found a few things like choosing and buying our banner photo a bit tricky. Her prices are very reasonable and we are delighted with the result.
